Drew + Lorraine at the Spanish River Library

This shoot was very special to me because the lovely couple is my big sister Lorraine and her soon to be husband Drew! They are too cute. We got through the blazing HOT Florida weather outside, and managed to go unnoticed in the beautiful Spanish River Library! Success. Definitely a shoot and day to remember! Just so happens I got engaged later on that night!

Janesse + Josh Wedding at the Rusty Pelican

It was such an honor to shoot this wedding. From start to finish I enjoyed every moment of it. This couple is a great example as to why I do what I do. It was so obvious how in-love they are! You can see it in their eyes when they look at each other. My favorite part was their first dance how they sang the words to each other and watched a slide show of their photos together. The unexpected moment of the night was when the court began their choreographed formal dance which took a turn for " Party Rock Anthem" and they all did the shuffle! Oh and just when you thought you had seen it all a robot head appeared from the crowd with red flashing eyes to start the party with a nice twist! The night was so beautiful and so much fun, I don't think they could have asked for more perfection.I love to shoot weddings because of what they celebrate and represent at the end of the day. Its two people who get to know one another, grow a deep love and respect one another, enough to make a promise this one day to spend the rest of their lives with one another together as one... that is why I love my job. Josh and Janesse, Congratulations! xoxo Stephanie L Collazo

Michelle and Mikes Love Story

This photo shoot was actually of my contest winners :) On my facebook page SLC Photography I hosted a contest for a free photo shoot, the applicants had to email me an idea for a photo shoot that would catch my attention. I had many great ideas thrown at me, but Michelle and Mikes idea was by far the most touching :) She wrote me a story line for a photo shoot based around the child-like love that does not cease with time. She said she wanted to "show how much a couple could be so in love and also so childish, showing that no matter how long you are with someone you can still have fun and be in love.... :)" ... So seriously how could I not pick them!? I am so glad that I did because these photos are beautiful. I am happy because in the next years of their lives together they will look back one day at these photos with a smile, and that is exactly why I do this and the very reason why I love my job. I want to give everyone memories, even if they dont remember me they will have my photos and that is my gift :)

Mikey & Jackies {Happy Ever After}

Words can not explain how much I love these photos. <3 Mikey & Jackie are such a lovely couple... Jackie looked so beautiful in her wedding gown, its to die for! These newly weds got married 6 months ago and decided they wanted to take After Wedding photos in Vizcaya and also Trash The Dress Photos at El Farito beach! So much fun, we really got the best of both worlds. These two are both truely really happy and sooo in-love its obvious! You can see it in their eyes :) See for yourself ... xoxo
